Please follow the steps below in Chrome to re-enable the microphone:
 

1. Click on the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner of Chrome
2. Click Settings
3. Click Privacy and Security
4. Type "microphone" in the search box at the top of the page
5. Under the word Block, click the trash can icon to delete it from the blocked list
