Single Sign On (SSO)

Accelerate Education supports the use of Single Sign-on (SSO) features to allow users to sign into one application (for example, the district's student information system) and be automatically logged into our LMS without having need to re-enter credentials. This feature can help eliminate the need for teachers and students to keep track of multiple sets of credentials. 

Accelerate can support single sign on (SSO) via one of three methods:

  1. Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
  2. Central Authentication Service (CAS)
  3. Google integration

Administrators have the discretion to prevent users from accessing Accelerate’s platform directly outside of the configured SSO. 

SSO settings can be configured in the Domain Settings app from the Admin homepage.
